Our Rates
We want therapy to feel both meaningful and manageable. Our rates reflect the time, training, and intention we bring to our work, and we’re always open to discussing what type of session best fits your needs and pace.

We want therapy to be available to those who need it, not just those who can easily pay. We periodically offer sliding-scale spots for clients experiencing financial strain, and we’re also happy to connect you with community resources or funding programs to help make care more accessible.
Your healing matters, and we’ll work with you to find a path that honors both your wellbeing and your budget.
Payment Options
Self-Pay
You’re welcome to pay directly for each session, without involving insurance. We accept credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards through our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal, TherapyNotes.
Best for: Individuals who want uninterrupted, private care; prefer not to receive a diagnosis for insurance purposes; or want the freedom to explore any topic without limitations.
Insurance Reimbursement
If your insurance offers out-of-network (OON) coverage, you can maximize reimbursement while still enjoying the flexibility of self-pay. With Thrizer, you can instantly verify your benefits on their portal, pay only your estimated co-insurance up front, and receive reimbursements directly to your bank account. We are also happy to provide a superbill, if you prefer to pay and submit the claim yourself.
Best for: Individuals who want to offset therapy costs using insurance benefits but maintain full control of their care.
Sliding Scale
We know that therapy can be a financial stretch. Sliding-scale spots are periodically available for clients experiencing financial strain.
We can also help connect you to community resources or funding programs.
Best for: Clients for whom standard session fees are challenging, but who still want high-quality, consistent support.

No matter which payment option you choose, payments are handled securely, privately, and at the time of service, so you can focus fully on your healing.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session rate. This policy helps us maintain a consistent, reliable schedule for all clients.
Your Privacy Matters
Regardless of how you pay, all payment information is processed securely, and we are HIPAA-compliant across all platforms.
